IMPORTANT: Please review the following information carefully.
If you are TRANSFERRING OUT or GRADUATING, you must RETURN your device(s) to us by Friday, June 17th.
To avoid sending an invoice, please make your return no later than the date mentioned.
RETURN LOCATION:
Oxford Virtual Academy (168 S. Washington Street, Oxford, MI 48371)
Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete our short return form, which confirms the return of your device.
RETURN HOURS:
Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am-3:30 pm.
Please DO NOT show up after hours. No one will be present to confirm your return.
